Hi, we're Charlie and Joanie Lupo, the owners of Import Service Center! When you bring your car to us, you will be dealing with the owners of the business. We keep track of every vehicle that is repaired in our facility to be sure it is done quickly and correctly the first time.
We have been living in this area for over 30 years starting with my days at Lee College and I have been fixing import vehicles for nearly the entire time.
I am proud to have earned ASE master certification and belong to several online tech groups and service websites that provide the highest level of education and training for European Autos. Cars are so technologically complex these days that you can never have enough training. We are "hands on" owners who work on automobiles ourselves!
