Request an Estimate
Import Service center will send you a detailed estimate of all repairs to be done with your vehicle. You can request an estimate in advance. We will specify what is needed, what is recommended, and any other possible contingencies. We believe in long-term customer relationships, so we want to make sure everything is clearly communicated. So request an estimate today. Currently estimates can either be e-mailed to you as a pdf file (Acrobat Reader) or faxed to you!
Estimates requested during the daytime shop hours will be handled that night by 11 PM.
TO REQUEST AN ESTIMATE
- You can request an estimate by calling us at 478-5766, or by clicking on this link charlie@importservicecenter.com.
- To send us an estimate by e-mail we will need the following information:
- Name and address/fax number to send the estimate. We also need a number you can be reached at if we need further information.
- Year, Make, and Model of your vehicle
- Vehicle Serial number if you have it (many Mercedes and BMW's require this info to properly price parts cost)
- The type of work you are requesting: e.g., tune-up, front brakes, scheduled service, etc.
- Any other information you want to provide.
